Tourism Researcher Directory

SEAS-Tourism, the tourism section of the Austrian Society of Southeast Asian Studies and the Deapartment of Geography and Regional Research, are about establishing a network on the topic of tourism in South-East Asia.  For this reason SEAS is appealing to those having a special interest in this topic and being either professionally involved or in the course of formation. This includes above all scholars, researchers, lecturers and advanced students who take up the topic of tourism in South-East Asia within the scope of their work or education.

The SEAS-tourism network should provide a basis for connecting scholars as well as sharing and exchanging ideas and information and making it accessible for interested ones. Besides that, it should enhance a further step into the direction of socially, ecologically and economically responsible traveling in South-East Asia.

In case you are interested to appear in the “Tourism researcher directory” on our website, please send a registration-email to christian.bothe@seas.at, including your name, email-address, affiliation and activities/research interests which cover this area. SEAS-Tourism is already looking forward to an interesting exchange of information and interactions on the topic!

Further activities and information will be available on our website soon: www.seas.at/tourism
